Linda is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Medical Massage and Injury Treatment; she has been practicing for the past 13 years. A graduate of the Brian Utting School of Massage (1998), Linda’s formal training emphasized Deep Tissue and Injury Treatment techniques; her continuing education has expanded her practice to include Traditional Thai Massage and Upledger Institute’s Craniosacral Therapy. She has most recently started practicing Hot Stone Massage and uses the stones both therapeutically and for pure relaxation. Linda has recently added Massage Cupping to her skill set. Derived from traditional Chinese Medicinal Cupping, Massage Cupping uses silicone cups (rather than glass and fire) to release myofacial restriction and penetrate deep into the muscle. She uses Massage Cupping to effectively treat sports and over use injuries.

Linda’s skill at assessment, combined with her wide range of techniques and intuitive sense, enable her to work with each patient / client individually and customize her work to meet their needs, whether that be rehabilitation after a muscle/joint injury, treatment and support for patients with Autoimmune Disorders and chronic illnesses, or alleviating the stress of our fast-paced lifestyles. Linda’s goal is to support people in injury, illness and wellness, promoting healthy lifestyle choices and striving for balance (in the body and in life).
Linda is accepting Insurance patients with Premera Blue Cross, Aetna, United Health Care, First Choice, Lifewise and Cigna, L & I and PIP (personal injury/auto) Menu Linda A. Brisk, LMT_Page_1Menu Linda A. Brisk, LMT_Page_2
