New Patients

New Patients

Sept 6, 2021

Dear New Patient,

Thank you for your interest in seeking my service as a medical provider. After 25 years of private practice, I am very excited to announce that I will be joining Swedish Hospital in Seattle as part of a multidisiplinary team focused on treating IBD (Crohn's and ulcerative colitiis).

Over the next couple of months I plan to focus my attention on my current patients in private practice, and ramping up to my new position at Swedish.  During this transition, I will not be accepting new patients to my private practice. If you are seeking treatment for IBD, you are welcome to schedule an appointment to see me as a patient through Swedish Hospital.

My position at Swedish will be part time, and so I do plan to continue seeing patients in private practice in the future, however out of necessity I will be scaling down my business to make it sustainable. I plan to reopen my private practice in a few months as a "pay for service" provider which means I will no longer be a member provider to any insurance companies. Your insurance companies may reimburse you for my service as an "out of network" provider and I can provide a receipt for you to submit, however I will not be billing insurance companies directly.

If you are interested to be notified when I reopen my private practice to new patients under this pay for service model, please submit your contact information below.

Thank you for your interest,

Trina Seligman, N.D.
